Job Description
- We’re seeking a Java Developer skilled in Java and NoSQL development for cloud-based applications, with additional expertise in web technologies like JavaScript and REST services. You'll design and implement new features for Murf's offerings while enhancing the platform's architecture. Critical thinking, teamwork, and a passion for creating high-quality software are essential. Your role will involve ensuring system stability, low-latency, and responsive data access using industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Transform storyboards, designs, and use cases into fully functional applications.
- Manage version control, continuous integration, and new tool development.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Design applications optimized for high performance and low latency.
- Address security and data protection needs.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold coding standards and improve toolsets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Java-based product development.
- Strong Java skills with expertise in cloud applications.
- Familiarity with AWS services (DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, EC2/ECS, etc.).
- Proficiency with REST APIs and front-end technologies like React.js.
- Basic knowledge of Unix and shell scripting.
- Ability to write clean, scalable code.
- Strong understanding of design principles for scalability and performance.
- Proficiency in unit testing, debugging, and profiling.
- Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
