Qualifications

• 1-4 years of backend experience with core tech stack: Python, FastAPI, Asyncio, SQLAlchemy ORM.
• Engineering degree from premium institutes only (IIT, NIT, BITS).
• Strong understanding of databases, API integrations, scaling, and system optimization.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven product pipelines.
• Background in startups or software companies with deep technical credibility.
